Ideal Applications — While specifically designed to extract volumes of ultra fine powder (including baking, talcum and silica), the motor’s 88″ of static lift easily allows the vacuum to extract heavier and wet debris such as stone, dirt and sludge ~ even when used with its available 25′ hose.

OSHA’s Silica Dust Exposure Ruling — The OSHA law states: For every 1′ of wheel diameter, 25 CFM is required. To comply with the law, the DD1200 and its 130 CFM is well equipped to accommodate 5″ diameter blades (25 CFM x 5″).

Performance — Lightweight, Compact, Durable: 12 Gallon Industrial Vacuum Cleaner with 1200 Watts of 2-Stage Suction Performance, complete with Non-Caking AIRFlow HEPA Filtration. The DD1200 easily provides and maintains 20% greater suction than any other 1-Motor vacuum cleaner.

Filter System — AIRFlow HEPA Filtration. Expect to collect over 40 lbs. of concrete dust with little if any suction drop. Turn the vacuum off then on again and the filter bag will release any caking by deflating and re-inflating itself. Turn on the vacuum and suction power actually improves! The 12 gallon collection tank will fill completely, to its inlet port with maybe a minimal drop in suction power.

Filter includes: HEPA Cartridge Filter, Clean Extreme Filter Collection Bags (3). Any type of debris, from dry concrete powder to moist or oily debris to hot mastics — everything is collected and contained within the Clean Extreme Filter Bag WITH minimal suction loss AND with everything completely contained within the Clean Extreme Filter Bag. HD Clean Extreme Filter Bag removed from tank – holds 40lbs. of dry concrete dust – inside of the tank remains clean. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE:
